Paper money has been in the process of redesign since 2003, but it’s been a slow process. The US Treasury wanted to maintain the equity of confidence in the bills prompting an evolution rather than a revolution. You know how slow change can be on the federal level. But, I believe a monetary revolution is what’s needed.
